Leben am langen Felde

Sustainability is a top priority at "Am langen Felde". The former company premises were unsealed and converted to a circular economy. A replacement habitat for sand lizards was created in consideration of nature conservation in order to counteract the extinction of the species. In addition, the entire quarter was designed to be car-free. Pedestrians, cyclists and public transport have priority. Children can play and grow up safely here. Active quarter and community building are particularly important here. The many outdoor facilities create the space for this.
