Highlights:Showcase city quarter: climate-resilient and affordable

As a follow-up project to Biotope City, a showcase project for climate resilience is being built in Vienna's Liesing district. Modern and affordable living space for various uses such as multi-generational living, assisted living, living and working, living for single parents, kindergarten, day geriatrics as well as office, commercial and retail space.

Location:Direct location at future S-Bahn station

The sustainable, green and car-free urban quarter is located in the heart of Vienna's 23rd district and is directly connected to the future Benyastraße S-Bahn station. Supermarkets, schools and nursing schools are within walking distance.

About Biotop Wildquell

The new urban quarter on a former factory site in the southernmost district of Vienna will be a climate-friendly lighthouse project and is based on the three pillars of climate protection, climate resilience and circular economy. 2/3 of the planned apartments will be subsidized housing.
