01The ventilated wooden façade made of thermal pine cladding contributes to the sustainable design, forms an aesthetic accent in the streetscape and provides additional privacy on the balconies and terraces
02The rotation of the floor plan and a relaxed arrangement of the windows and balconies led to the creation of a building that harmoniously blends into the quiet surroundings and creates space for 19 two- to four-room apartments and three detached houses.
03The optimal building orientation protects against excessive sunlight and overheating of the interior and guarantees magnificent views.

Location:Live centrally on the castle hill

Living on the castle hill means living in harmony with nature. Horský Park, the largest green zone in Bratislava, is within walking distance.
