News:Students explore DC Waterline

Last Friday, we welcomed 15 students from the Real Estate Management course at FHWien der WKW (University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication) to Tech Gate. After an introductory welcome by STRABAG Real Estate Austria Managing Director Johannes Mayr and a first look at the DC Waterline from a lofty height, we went to the construction site together.
Together with lecturer Carmen Dilch, the students had the unique opportunity to visit the construction site and ask our expert Christian Kerth specific questions about the aspects of planning, financing and the special features of the project.
The prospective real estate professionals had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-life context and gain first-hand experience. A big thank you goes to all the students for their curiosity and lively discussions.
Such practical experience is invaluable in inspiring the next generation of real estate experts and preparing them optimally for their future challenges.
